Gift Saffron Set | Saffron 3 gr + Cardamom + Velvet Box

Saffron is one of the most valuable spices in the world. This spice is primarily grown in Iran, Greece, and India. Each flower produces only three threads of saffron and blooms for only one week each year. Saffron - by hand! - should be harvested in the middle of the morning, when the flowers are still closed, to preserve the delicate stigmas inside. It takes about 1,000 flowers to produce just one ounce of saffron. This is one of the reasons why this spice is so valuable. Saffron is a spice rich in antioxidants. It has been associated with health benefits such as improved mood, libido and sexual function, as well as reduced PMS symptoms and increased weight loss. Best of all, it's generally safe for most people and easy to add to your diet. Try incorporating saffron into your favorite dishes to reap its never-ending health benefits.
